HYDROTHERAPY EXERCISES IN THE SWIMMING POOL

Group exercises in the pool adapted to the individual's physical abilities without the risk of injury or overexertion. The integral parts of the training are: cardiovascular training, functional training, strength and endurance training, and coordination and balance training.

MEDICAL THERAPY TRAINING - MINI GROUPS

Medical therapy training is conducted by licensed senior physiotherapists. It is intended to improve the quality of movement and prevent injuries and can also be part of the post - rehabilitation process. In addition to stability and mobility exercises, it also includes breathing, coordination and balance exercises and many other components. The training is carried out in smaller groups (from 4 to 6 people), which enables a better dedication of the physiotherapist to the individual, which increases the quality of the training.

NORDIC WALKING

It is a technique in which walking is enhanced using specially designed poles for Nordic walking. Technically correct use of sticks actively involves the upper part of the body in the walking process, and 40% of the body's weight is transferred to the hands, which relieves the hips and reduces the load on the lower back and activates the abdominal muscles, which contribute to better stability of the trunk and spine.

Physical effort is properly and evenly distributed to different muscle groups of the whole body.
