• Vesna Bilandžić, MD, is a specialist in physical medicine and rehabilitation.
Since 2012 regularly works at the Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation with Rheumatology at KBC Split. She is looking forward to working at the Aqua Med polyclinic, and is available for examinations of adults and children with neurodevelopmental difficulties on Fridays from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
• Olga Šegvić Šuljić, MD, has been a specialist in clinical radiology since 2019. She si permanently employed at the Department of Clinical and Interventional Radiology at KBC Split. He has been working in the interventional radiology sector since 2021.
• Ph.D. Danijela Budimir Mršić, MD, has been a clinical radiology specialist since 2020. She is permanently employed at the Department of Clinical and Interventional Radiology of KBC Split with narrower areas of interest in thoracic, abdominal and cardiovascular radiology.
• Ileana Zebić, MD. she is a specialist in nuclear medicine and an employee of the Clinical Institute for Nuclear Medicine of KBC Split, with a narrower field of interest from the ultrasound of the thyroid gland.
Ante Katić, MD is a specialist in physical medicine and rehabilitation from the year of 2015 . From additional professional training, he completed the following courses: - diagnostic ultrasound - ultrasound of the locomotor system - intermediate at KBC Zagreb - EMNG - Electomyneurography at KBC Zagreb and - Manual therapy according to Maitland (I. and II.a – by IMTA Zagreb) He regularly works at the department of physical medicine and rehabilitation at KBC Split. He is looking forward to further work and new work challenges at the Aqua Med polyclinic for physical medicine and rehabilitation.
Anja Radalj, bacc . bacc . physio. After completing the course SENIOR PHYSIOTHERAPIST at the department of professional studies of the Universi ty of Split, he continues with a series of educations and professional training in the field of manual techniques: • Lymphatic drainage according to Dr. Vodder - a manual technique that we use to restore balance between fluids in the body, • Introduction t o manual techniques by Dr. A. Stošić I, II, III. and IV. part, • Emmett therapy (Emm - tech - introduction to the Emmett technique to reduce pain, increase range of motion and improve balance), • Trigger point (a technique by which, by treating trigger point s (pain triggers) in the muscle, we release muscle tension, reduce tension at several pain reference points), • Manual therapy according to the Brian Mulligan concept (A: upper quadrant and B: lower quadrant), • DNS - dynamic neuromuscular rehab stabilizati on (the technique is used for a number of problems of the locomotor system, prevention of injuries and painful conditions and increase of endurance, stability and functionality of movements), • PNF - proprioceptive neuromuscular fascilitation (a concept t hat deals with motor learning in order to improve accurate movements with the help of a therapist, and later without it), • McLoughlin scar tissue release (a technique we use to mobilize scars on the body of all etiologies, e.g. caesarean section, mole rem oval, • masectomy (for the purpose of improving circulation, sensation, tissue softness), • MFR – myofascial relaxation (we can use it as a separate treatment or as a support for other techniques. Work on the fascia for the purpose of releasing pain, bring ing the body into balance).
Internship completed at the Institution for Health Care and Rehabilitation - "IVA" and at KBC Split 13 years of work experience in an institution for health care and rehabilitation in the house "SANO", of which 5 years of intensive work and education in Manual Therapy, especially in Orthopedics and Neurology.
After graduating from secondary health school (majoring in physiotherapist) and completing undergraduate studies in physiotherapy at the Faculty of Health Studies, he completed an internship at KBC Split. After her internship, she passed the chamber’s professional exam and thereby obtained a work license.
Snowy in February 2024. access Aqua Med and undertake individual and group exercises (hydrotherapy and medical-therapeutic training), medical massages and individual physiotherapy treatments.
After completing the undergraduate study of nursing and practice at KBC Split, Maja enrolled in the undergraduate study of physiotherapy in Zagreb. During his studies, he did internships at KBC Zagreb and several private institutions. After completing his second degree, he began working as a masseur and wellness therapist. In May 2023, she will start working at the Aqua Med polyclinic as a physiothera py intern, taking on hydrotherapy exercises and gaining experience working in physical therapy.
She graduated from the Faculty of Medicine in Zagreb inyear1989 and studied in Split. She regularlyworks as a doctor in the family medicine practice in Split.She also completed 2 acupuncture courses:
* 1991 and 1996 with Prof. Ph.D. Edvin Dervišević, MD. special med. of sports, acupuncturist,homeopath.
* 2009/2010. Course in the basics of medical acupuncture at the CroatianAcupuncture Society of theCroatian Medical Association in Zagreb. The lectures were organized and held by the President of theSociety, M.Sc. Krunoslav Reljanović, MD. and other licensed acupuncture specialists.
He is looking forward to working in the Aqua Med polyclinic and popularizing acupuncture, which isknown and recognized in the world as a simple, easily accessible and economically acceptablemethod of treatment. It is used separately or in combination with other treatment methods,primarily withphysical medicine and rehabilitation.
She graduated from the Faculty of Food and Biotechnology in Zagreb. After completing her studies, she works as an intern at the Public Health Training Institute of the Sp lit - Dalmatia County, and then joins the Aqua Med team as an external associate. Since 2015, she has been employed at the Split Clinical Hospital Center, and the focus of her work and future research is clinical nutrition and diet therapy. She is currently the president of the Croatian Association of Nutritionists, and is on the Supervisory Board of the Croatian Association of Nutritionists. She is an active member of the organizing committee of the International Congress of Nutritionists, and a participant in numerous scientific meetings in Croatia and Europe. She is the manager of several projects and an external associate at the Faculty of Medicine in Split.
